Purchases below 55 Euro (in total) cost an extra 6 Euro in administration fee.
If not stated otherwise, the general terms of delivery Orgalime S2012 is valid.

Return conditions
Every return of goods must be preceded by an agreement to this effect between the seller and the customer. Goods that are sent back without such an agreement cannot be received at our warehouses or at the factory that delivered directly. Furthermore, we do not accept returns on acquisition items and non-stocked items.
An administrative fee of SEK 250 is charged on all returns. Goods returned to us are assumed to be in the same condition as when you received them from us. A special hourly fee is charged for handling and cleaning returned goods that are unsorted and lack specification or that are dirty.
In cases where the return is caused by errors for which we are responsible, the customer is credited with the invoiced amount without deduction. In other cases, crediting takes place at the current daily prices upon receipt of the return or at the invoiced prices if these were lower than the daily prices minus a return deduction of 35% and possibly return shipping.
If upon agreement of return and where the buyer can state the invoice or order number, the return deduction will be 20% and possibly return shipping. Returns to stock with a value below SEK 500 are not accepted. A fee of SEK 500 is charged for returning or scrapping unapproved returns. Returns of specially ordered products must first be accepted by the manufacturer. If the manufacturer approves the return, in addition to the deduction, the deductions and shipping costs charged by the manufacturer in question.
- The item must have been purchased from Wedholms AB.
- The product must be unused and in undamaged original packaging.
- Returns with a total value of less than SEK 500 are not accepted and cannot be returned.
- Return deduction 20–35% and return shipping if nothing else is agreed.
- Not returnable items. There are items with characteristics that make them non-returnable. Ex. chemical products, acquisition item, cut cable/hose etcetera.
- Returns of acquisition products and non-stock items are handled by the responsible salesperson and are only approved after acceptance by the supplier/manufacturer. In addition to return deductions, additional deductions from the supplier may be charged.
- Returns on purchases older than 60 days cannot be made.
